Powered by a commercial Honda GX200 4-stroke engine and delivering 30 tonnes of tested splitting force through a 2-stage high-flow hydraulic pump, it has the grunt to power through any hardwood you can find, and it handles logs up to 600 mm (24″) long. The beam and axe head are heavily reinforced and finished in chip-resistant hammertone paint for years of reliable service, while an external oil filter keeps the hydraulics clean.
