We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors. If a product you have ordered is incorrectly priced, we will contact you before processing the order.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Orders
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, no binding contract exists between you and Karl’s Mowers.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we are unable to verify your payment. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Karl’s Mowers is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us.
Some items, including large equipment such as ride-on mowers and zero-turn mowers, may require freight delivery. We will contact you to arrange suitable delivery for oversized items.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
When You Are Entitled to a Remedy
Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if a product:

When You Are Not Entitled to a Return
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. Returns will not be accepted where:
– you simply changed your mind or found a cheaper price elsewhere
– you misused the product in a way that contributed to the problem
– you were informed of a fault before purchase
– the product has been substantially modified after purchase
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at our Varsity Lakes store or via the contact details on our website. You will need to provide proof of purchase. We may need to send the product to the manufacturer for assessment. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid claims.
8. Warranties

Warranty claims should be directed to Karl’s Mowers in the first instance. As an authorised dealer for the brands we stock, we can facilitate warranty service and repairs.
